About this project
We gut-renovated a 4-story Park Slope brownstone, replacing all mechanicals while restoring original millwork, plaster, and parquet.
Two new bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, and a garden-level suite were added without altering the protected facade.
Project management included LPC review, DOB filings, and full move-out logistics for the family.
