About this project
We renovated a 1,100 sq ft Astoria condo end-to-end with a new kitchen, bath, lighting, and refinished oak floors.
All electrical was brought to current NYC code with new dedicated circuits and recessed lighting throughout.
The project was completed in 10 weeks with weekly client walk-throughs and a dedicated project manager.
